• Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables as specified in their project agreement.
• Enterprise Hub retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information and materials required for project execution.
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines.
• Ensure that all content provided does not infringe on any third-party rights.
• Cooperate with our team and respond to communications in a timely manner to avoid project delays.

5. Payment Terms

• All project fees, deposits, and payment schedules are outlined in the project proposal or service agreement.
• Invoices are due within the specified period. Late payments may result in project suspension or additional fees.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing for ongoing services with prior notice.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable as they cover initial planning and resource allocation.
• Projects may be cancelled by either party with written notice. Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced and must be paid for.
• Monthly retainers may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enterprise Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or Site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Warranties & Disclaimers

We provide our services "as is" and make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the performance, reliability, or suitability of our services for a particular purpose. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as sales, leads, or search engine rankings.

10. Third-Party Services

We may utilize third-party tools, platforms, or services (e.g., hosting providers, analytics tools) to deliver our services. We are not responsible for the performance, security, or availability of such third-party services.

11. Indemnification
